All items must be removed with-in 15 days, all items not removed in 30 days will be sold for storage. Auctioneer has final say over bids, for example if the internet has a bid of $5,000 and the bidding works out where the internet is in at $4,750 or $4,900 and the floor gets a bid of $5,000 then although the internet proxy bid was $5,000 the auctioneer put the floor in, so the floor will be the winner.
